Terms & Conditions — pvpvip Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and pvpvip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services accessible at https://pvpvip.bet. These Terms apply to all pages, features, games, betting markets, payment services, and promotional offers made available on the pvpvip platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform as a guest, depositing funds, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of pvpvip in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. The accepted document for age verification is a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID). If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age upon request, your account will be suspended pending verification and any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold.

If an account is found to belong to a person under the age of 18, that account will be permanently and irrevocably closed. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure, including any winnings derived from play, will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming procedures. pvpvip will not return funds to an account found to be in violation of the 18+ age requirement where those funds were staked in real-money gameplay.

To access the real-money features of pvpvip, you are required to register a personal account. During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name as it appears on your NID, a valid email address, a working Bangladeshi mobile phone number, and your date of birth. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without notice.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on pvpvip. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different payment method details — is strictly prohibited. pvpvip employs automated duplicate detection systems that cross-reference device identifiers, IP addresses, payment method details, and personal data to identify multi-account activity. Accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited.

Following registration, pvpvip may request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before your first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires submission of a clear, legible photograph or scan of your Bangladesh National Identity Card showing your full name and date of birth. Additional documentation such as a utility bill or bank statement may be requested at pvpvip's discretion to confirm your registered address. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being placed on hold will result in the withdrawal being cancelled and the funds returned to your platform balance.

pvpvip offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms apply to that promotion only.

All bonuses issued by pvpvip are subject to a wagering requirement unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement is 25x (twenty-five times) the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of ৳25,000 before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unfulfilled wagering requirements result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited at the end of the 30-day window.

Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in each promotion. Unless the promotion terms state otherwise, live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10% toward wagering requirements, while slots and crash games contribute 100%. Sports betting wagers contribute 100% provided the odds on the selected market are 1.50 or greater. Wagers placed at odds below 1.50 do not contribute toward any active wagering requirement.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Creating more than one account per individual
• Providing false identity or age information
• Using automated bots or betting software

• Account sharing with any third party
• Money laundering through deposits and withdrawals
• Exploiting software bugs or game vulnerabilities
• Harassment or abuse of pvpvip support staff
• Using VPN or proxy services to conceal location
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes

All content appearing on the pvpvip platform — including but not limited to the pvpvip brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, colour schemes, typography, written content, game descriptions, promotional graphics, video content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pvpvip or is used under licence from the respective rights holders (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pvpvip platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the pvpvip platform or its content without the prior written consent of pvpvip. Unauthorised use of pvpvip intellectual property may result in both account closure and legal action.

pvpvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time if, in pvpvip's reasonable judgment, the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, has provided false or misleading registration information, has engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or has otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the platform, other players, or pvpvip's operational integrity.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email to the registered email address and will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases involving urgent fraud prevention or legal compliance requirements. In such cases, suspension may be applied immediately without prior notice.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the pvpvip support team via live chat or email. A self-requested account closure will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's most recently used payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon voluntary account closure if active wagering requirements have not been met.

For players requesting account closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, different procedures apply as detailed in our Responsible Gaming policy. Self-exclusion account closures are permanent for the duration chosen and cannot be reversed by contacting support during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pvpvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from system downtime, payment processing delays caused by third-party providers, game interruption due to network failure, or data loss resulting from events outside pvpvip's reasonable control.

pvpvip's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies to all causes of action in aggregate, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

pvpvip does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where practicable. In the event of an unplanned outage during live gameplay, bets that were placed and accepted prior to the outage are honoured; bets that were in the process of being placed at the time of the outage may be voided and any staked amounts returned to the player's balance at pvpvip's discretion.

pvpvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, payment methods, or operational policies. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at https://pvpvip.bet/terms-conditions and will display an effective date at the top of the document.

Where a material change is made to these Terms — meaning a change that significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — pvpvip will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice by displaying a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to all registered players at their registered email address. Non-material amendments, such as typographic corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the pvpvip platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must stop using the platform and contact the support team to request account closure. pvpvip will not apply amended Terms retroactively to bets or transactions that were completed before the amendment's effective date.
